General Return Policy
We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our e-liquids. Due to health and safety regulations, all e-liquid products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product has been opened.
If you receive an e-liquid that is defective, damaged during shipping, or arrives in unopened, factory-sealed packaging with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your e-liquid arrives damaged, leaking, or with a visible manufacturing defect in unopened packaging, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
To process a claim for defective products, we may require:
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Your order number and delivery confirmation
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we'll provide a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
Wrong or Missing Items
If your order is missing items or includes something you didn't order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Once we verify the issue, we'll ship the correct items at no additional cost. Please note that if incorrect items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned products.
Restocking Fee
Packages returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, refusal, or failed age verification are subject to a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred. This policy is strictly enforced to cover our costs and comply with regulations regarding consumable products.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds for eligible returns are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Orders paid by cash , or debit are not eligible for direct refunds and will instead receive store credit in the form of reward points. Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. When applicable, reward points will be added to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.
Age Verification Requirements
All shipments require Age Verification at the time of delivery. The carrier will not release your package unless you can provide valid government-issued ID proving you are of legal age to purchase e-liquid products in your state.
If you fail age verification, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once returned, all e-liquid products are strictly non-refundable. You will be charged a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred – both for the initial delivery and the return. These fees are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.
If you are underage, do not attempt to place an order. You will lose your money. This policy exists to comply with federal and state laws, and no exceptions will be made.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and standard return policies apply.
Non-returnable Items
All clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. All e-liquid products are considered consumable goods and are final sale once opened. These conditions are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to maintain product integrity, comply with health regulations, and ensure customer safety.
